  • Live/Raw Kale Salad  with tahini ginger sauce and marinated cherry tomatoes
  • Live/Raw Kale Salad  with apple cider vinaigrette, avocado, onion and tomato
  • Lemon Curried Wild Rice Salad w/ granny smith apples, avocado and coconut (optional:  platter of stuffed avocado halves surrounding mound of rice salad )
  • Tempeh Un-Chicken Salad with toasted pecans, grated carrots, celery, red onion, currants, fresh dill and homemade soy-o-naise
  • Cool Quinoa Salad with cucumber, tomato, red onion and creamy dressing    (optional:  platter of stuffed avocado halves surrounding mound of quinoa salad)
  • Asian Tofu Salad with peanuts, scallions, red onion, grated carrots, currants, celery and peanut Thai sauce
  • Greek Salad with tofu ‘feta cheeze’, marinated tomatoes/red onion, kalamata olives, cucumber, rice stuffed grape leaves (dolmas) and Greek herbed balsamic vinaigrette
  • Tofu Un-Egg Salad with toasted pecans, grated carrots, celery, red onion, currants, fresh dill and homemade soy-o-naise

Pastas Cold/Hot:

  • Pasta Puttanesca-  Penne tossed with tomato sauce simmered with black olives, capers, onions, fresh basil and ‘parmesan cheeze’
  • Old Fashioned-New Fangled Mac n’ ‘Cheeze’ – elbow macaroni tossed and baked with homemade béchamel sauce and melted Daiya ‘cheeze’ with herbed-walnut crumb topping (or plain)
  • Pesto Pasta- Rigatoni tossed with spinach, basil, parsley, ’parmesan’ pesto topped with herbed balsamic marinated cherry tomatoes
  • Chiocciole pasta with delicious creamy-‘cheesy’ spinach sauce
  • Pasta Bolognese (Un Meat Sauce)- pasta tossed with tomato sauce simmered with sauteed portabella mushrooms, onions and sweet peas with fresh basil and ‘parmesan cheeze’
  • Baked lasagna with layers of noodles, tofu ‘ricotta cheeze’, melted Daiya ‘cheeze’, sauteed vegetables and tomato sauce


  • Lentil Walnut Pate (vegan ‘chopped liver’) with raw crudite platter
  • Baked Puffed Pastry Pizza Wheels with melted Daiya ‘cheeze’, homemade tofu ‘ricotta cheeze’ and sauteed spinach…..real party pleasers!
  • Baked Puffed Pastry Tarts- assorted flavors:  grilled asparagus w/ tofu ricotta; plum tomato w/ tofu ricotta, roasted broccoli with melted ‘cheeze’, name your own combo…
  • Japanese Nori maki Rolls- nori filled with sushi rice, tempeh or tofu teriyaki, avocado, cucumber, Kempio (sweet pickled squash-yum!), mustard and toasted sesame gomoshio -sliced into bite sized pieces served with tamari dipping sauce or name your combo and get an assortment
  • Guacamole with onion, tomato, jalapeno pepper, cilantro and lemon juice 
  • Baked Stuffed Mushrooms with sauteed vegetable-bread stuffing with toasted walnuts topped with melted Daiya ‘cheeze’
  • Quiche Lorraine- mini puff pastry shells filled with ‘Canadian bacon’, blended creamy filling topped with melted ‘Daiya cheeze’ 
  • Foccaccia Pizza Bites- foccaccia bread topped with caramelized onions, grilled mushrooms, tofu ‘ricotta cheeze’, tomato sauce and melted Daiya ‘cheeze’ sprinkled with toasted pine nuts
  • Mediterranean Platter:  Hummus, Dolma-rice filled grape leaves, cherry tomatoes, carrot spear, kalamata olives and/or eggplant babaganoush and/or herbed tabouli-vegetable salad


  • Green Split Pea Soup with fresh carrots, butternut squash and fresh dill
  • Shitake & Cremini Mushroom and Barley Soup with celery, onions and thyme
  • Lemon curried Butternut Squash Soup pureed with apples, onions and fresh cilantro
  • Spiced Sweet Potato Soup with pumpkin seed/cilantro pesto
  • Italian Tomato-Rice Soup with onions, celery, ‘parmesan cheese’ and fresh basil
  • Japanese dashi broth with Udon noodles, parsnip, yam, carrot, tofu and toasted sesame seeds/oil
  • Sweet Miso Soup with fresh ginger, wakame, parsnip, yam, carrot, tofu and toasted sesame seeds/oil


  • Seitan or Tofu Piccata served with lemon-caper sauce over herbed basmati rice with creamed spinach
  • Baked Enchiladas- flour tortilla filled with coconut jasmine rice, Mexican black beans, cumin roasted corn and onions topped with topped with chili tomato sauce and melted Daiya ‘cheeze’

  • Baked ‘Sausage n’ ‘Cheeze’ Lasagna- layers of noodles, tomato sauce, homemade tofu ‘ricotta cheeze’ and melted Daiya Italian ‘cheeze’

  • Creamy Coconut Tapioca Pudding with choice of topping:  chocolate ganache or strawberry sauce served in individual cups –(minimum order 15)
